I like weight watchers. Its like they expect me to mess up. Today I ate 27 points and lunch. That, along with breakfast, pretty much did my points in for the day. LOL But weight watchers wisely gives me some extra points for the week. I had to dip into them today.
Weighing in Tuesday. I planned for the weekend, gonna try to have a good one.

Getting Started
We're on week 3 of going through the Beck Diet Solution Workbook, though it still feels like we're just beginning. I've learned that good preparation of healthy foods on the weekends is a key for me.
